VENDOR DETAILS Vendor load-in/set up begins at 12:00 pm. Vendors can drive up in front of Pioneer Park to unload belongings. Vehicles must be moved to parking before beginning setup. All vendors must be set up by 1:30 pm. Fully set up and ready to sell by 2:00 pm. $25 late fee for not being set up by 2:00 pm (pay immediately). No setup allowed if arriving after 1:00 pm, no exceptions. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Breakdown begins at 7:00 pm, not earlier. Compliance with City of Mesa business license and Maricopa County Health Department mobile food license required. Vendor applications and fees are due by September 3rd, 2024. Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until full payment is received. Events occur rain or shine.
