Lucha Voz is a live entertainment and cultural entertainment brand operated by Voz Entertainment, LLC.

6. Book the Show and Business Inquiries
Submitting a Book the Show form, sponsorship inquiry, vendor inquiry, partnership inquiry, or other request does not create a binding agreement.
A booking or business relationship becomes binding only when the parties have entered into the applicable agreement and satisfied any required deposit, payment, or other conditions.
7. Purchases and Merchandise
Prices, availability, descriptions, and promotions may change.
Orders may be subject to payment processing, shipping, return, or fulfillment terms provided during the transaction.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel transactions involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, misuse, or other legitimate circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
The Lucha Voz name, Lucha Libre Voz branding, website content, logos, graphics, event concepts, photographs, videos, promotional materials, original characters, creative materials, written content, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Voz Entertainment, LLC or their respective rights holders.
Nothing contained on the website grants you ownership of these materials.
You may not commercially reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit protected content without appropriate authorization.
9. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
Lucha Voz Messaging Program
By separately opting in to an applicable Lucha Voz SMS program, you authorize Voz Entertainment, LLC and the Lucha Voz / Lucha Libre Voz brand to send SMS or MMS communications to the telephone number you provided.
