Fuel Fest 2025 wasn’t just another show for us — it became the stage where the future of Lucha Voz shifted.
For months, the entire Lucha Voz team — talent, admin, production, and crew — worked relentlessly to create an experience worthy of tens of thousands of attendees. Fuel Fest is known for speed, culture, adrenaline, and the energy of the Fast & Furious universe. This year, that world collided with Lucha Libre Voz, and the result was something electric.
We didn’t show up to perform. We showed up to make history.
And history is exactly what happened.

THE NIGHT SAIRUS CLAIMED GREATNESS
In the heart of Firebird Motorsports Park in Chandler, Arizona, surrounded by roaring engines and a packed festival crowd, Lucha Voz presented one of the most important matches ever held:
The Voz Ultra Championship Match —a battle reserved only for world-recognized wrestlers who have shaped the industry in major companies across the globe.
The contenders were nothing short of elite:
Séptimo Dragón
Dios del Inframundo
Dluxe
Zagan
And the rising international star… Sairus
Five warriors entered the ring.Only one would walk out carrying the legacy of almost a decade.
The match was fierce, unpredictable, and explosive — exactly what Lucha Voz represents. And when the chaos settled…
Sairus rose above all, claimed the victory, and became the new Voz Ultra Champion.
A historic moment witnessed by thousands.
A new beginning for a title that desperately needed one.
THE RISE… AND FALL… OF THE ULTRA CHAMPIONSHIP
To understand why Sairus’ win mattered so deeply, you need to understand what the Ultra Championship used to represent.
When it was created on March 16, 2016, it wasn’t just another title. It was a symbol of:
Respect
Recognition
Status
And the highest honor inside Lucha Voz
The first champion — Niebla Roja from CMLL — claimed the title by defeating Rush, Hijo de Rey Misterio, and Bestia 666. The belt even appeared on national television through CMLL, instantly elevating Lucha Voz onto a larger stage.
From there, legends carried the torch:
Xtreme Tiger, who won the title in a sold-out event at the Tropicana Casino on September 30, 2017.
Beast Mortus (Black Taurus), who captured it on October 14, 2018.
Then during our most sacred annual event — Day of the Dead 2023 — the championship was defended in a war featuring WWE superstar Penta Zero Miedo and Alexander Hammerstone, with Hammerstone becoming champion.
2025 brought the era of MechaWolf, who chased the title relentlessly and in a 3 Way Championship Match vs Dios del Inframundo & Extreme Tiger became the new Ultra Champion on Sunday January 26th 2025 during "Closure" Lucha Voz Show. But commitments following the WWE acquisition of AAA forced champion after champion to vacate the belt.
Two consecutive vacancies. Two reigns cut short.
And a title that once represented greatness suddenly felt… fragile.
Something had to change. The Ultra Championship needed a new champion who would carry it with pride, responsibility, and hunger.
Fuel Fest delivered that moment.
THE NEW ERA OF LUCHA VOZ
With Dios del Inframundo (the original Drago) stepping into a co-coordinator role, Lucha Voz enters 2026 with renewed structure, vision, and leadership.
The goal is clear:
Create a platform where both rising talent and seasoned international stars can thrive.
If Fuel Fest was the spark,2026 will be the year the fire spreads.
